We have proposed an inaugural meeting of the WGAAC during the IAU General Assembly in Hawaii (3-14 Aug, 2015)
This will be part of the Division C meeting scheduled for 7-10 August.
Here are the instructions for submitting an abstract, with a deadline of 18 March.
